Enterprise Neuropersona

Customers and people at work people navigate web sites the same way as reports and analysis, according to need.

Why then do we not build web site, report or analysis interfaces to serve a persona rather than building user interfaces for specific individuals, functions or processes?  Bad habits or lack of knowledge, in my experience.

Consider how a Neuropersona facilitates web site navigation.  Building a few Neuropersona masks will reflect a wide range of stories, processes and measures.  Once this is done a website is wireframed accordingly, tested and content is added to the site in the final stage.  This type of construction accomodates many different types of people or  market segment labels as there are common stories, process and measures which can be served simply and quickly.

Now consider how this might be done with reports, an analysis interface, a corporate dashbard or financial planning system.  List all of the data sets, and underlying stories, the processes and measures or KPIs important to the Enterprise Personae.  Enterprise Personae are crafted in the same manner as above.

Advertising guided by Neuropersona tools can quickly align product values to Customers and adjust to changing Customer demands quickly and align the business to deliver what is required succeed.  Other fail.

Cheers,
